School Administrator can manage School-based teacher account through 'School Accounts Administration System'.
From the main menu, select 'School-based Teacher Account', then click ' Update Teacher Account ' to view existing School-based Teacher Accounts. You may also use the search tools to locate a specific teacher account.
Available functions include:
i. Add a School-based Teacher Account
Click 'Add Teacher Account' and enter the required teacher information to create a new account.
ii. Edit a School-based Teacher Account
Click ‘Update Account Information’ on the far right of the relevant account row, then edit the information.
iii. Suspend a School-based Teacher Account
Click ‘Suspend Account’ on the far right of the relevant account row. The account will then be transferred to 'Suspended Teacher Accounts' tab.
iv. Restore / Permanently Delete Suspended Teacher Accounts
In the 'Suspended Teacher Accounts' tab:
- Click ‘Restore Suspended Teacher Account(s)' to restore to the account back to 'School-based Teacher Accounts';
- Click ‘Delete Teacher Account(s) Permanently’ to permanently remove the account.
