How to set up 2FA email for school administrator account?

When the school administrator logs in before configuring an 2FA email, they will be prompted to enter an email address to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). A verification email will be sent to the provided email address. After clicking the link in the email to confirm verification, the account login email will be updated and configured for two-factor authentication login.
