How to re-activate School Buyer Account?

Please complete the School Buyer Account Reactivation Form (https://www.edcity.hk/home/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/school_buyer_account_reactivation_form.pdf) and stamp it with a school chop, then email it to [e-mail]. After verifying all information, The  school buyer will receive a notification email in 3 working days.
