The subscription process of Public

Step 1: Visiting QEF eLAFP Project Website at EdCity

For detailed information about QEF eLAFP, including an overview of the program, detailed introductions to all 22 grantees / service operator, their services, and their fees, please visit the QEF eLAFP project website at https://web.edcity.hk/en/elafp/projects/.

Step 2: Submit the online Subscription Application

To subscribe, first register as an EdCity member and log in. Complete the online application form with accurate details.

Step 3: Payment Processing

Upon completion of application, EdCity will send a payment link to the user for deliverable subscription payment.

Step 4: Activation Key Distribution

Upon receiving payment confirmation, the system will send the Activation Key via email.

Step 5: Service Activation

Users can access the deliverable with their EdCity account through EdConnect and activate the service using the Activation Key.
